The residence
Furnished, properly
A kitchen, a lounge, linen and a guest toilet in every apartment
Included in your stay
Every apartment has a kitchen you can cook in, a lounge you can host in, and a separate toilet for guests. That last one goes unnoticed until the first evening you invite somebody over.
Linen, air conditioning and storage follow. You arrive with a suitcase and live normally the first evening: that is all "furnished" means here.
