About
An English manor in Bastos
A high-end furnished residence in the heart of the embassy quarter, built for stays measured in weeks rather than nights.

Philosophy
The space of an apartment, the service of an address
In Yaoundé there is nothing between a hotel and an empty rental. A hotel solves service but imposes its rhythm and its fifteen square metres. An empty rental gives you space and nothing else. Duma does both.
Every apartment is furnished and equipped: kitchen, lounge, air conditioning, linen. You arrive with a suitcase and live normally the first evening.
The building takes care of the rest: the lift across six floors, the gym, and a team on site.
What we hold to
Four commitments
- 01
Genuinely furnished apartments
Not a bed and a table. A kitchen you can cook in, linen, storage, and somewhere to work.
- 02
A guest toilet in every apartment
Separate from the bathrooms. A detail, right up until the evening you have people over.
- 03
One layout per need
Studio through to a two-floor duplex. You do not pay for rooms you will never open.
- 04
We let you live
Children, pets and family celebrations are all welcome, Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha included.
- 14
- furnished apartments
- 6
- floors, served by a lift
- 4
- layouts, studio to duplex
- 3 km
- to the Palais des Congrès
Architecture
Six floors, a lift, and rooms that breathe
The building is styled like an English manor, which looks like nothing else in the quarter. Six floors served by a lift, which matters when you are on the fifth for three months.
Studios and apartments take the standard floors. The two duplexes sit at the top, and they are the only ones where you can close a door on an entire storey.

On site
What the building handles for you
A gym, a lift serving all six floors, and apartments equipped to actually be lived in: kitchen, linen, air conditioning.
